The aluminum frame features a proprietary powder-coated finish that creates a protective, weather-resistant, rustproof, and UV-inhibiting barrier far more durable than conventional paint. The frame includes precision welds and reinforced stress points for strong support and lasting shape.
The weave is composed of JANUSfiber®, a proprietary synthetic fiber intricately handwoven over the frame. JANUSfiber® is UV-resistant, colorfast, and engineered to withstand sun, moisture, and high-traffic use while retaining the warm look and inviting texture of natural materials. JANUSfiber® beautifully endures exposure to the elements for years beyond the lifespan of woven natural fibers.
The nylon glides can be fixed, adjustable or even self-leveling, and protect floors from scratches, reduce noise, and allow furniture to move smoothly without damaging surfaces.

The Katachi Sofa 3 Seat takes inspiration from classic club chair profiles, midcentury modernism, and the aesthetic of Japanese minimalism to create a silhouette of grace and elegance. Crafted with exacting detail, the sofa’s form is elevated by a gently rounded back and Gaussian curve with a wide, low-slung seat, slim arms that gracefully arc skyward, and tapered, conical legs. The sofa is composed of powder coated aluminum and durable JANUSfiber, intricately woven in a luxurious herringbone pattern. Variegated fibers in a choice of four beautiful, neutral hues — Agave, with variegations of grey and taupe, Dolomite, a mélange of warm whites, Pewter, a silver-grey tonal weave, and Tungsten, a harmony of rich, charcoal shades — create visual depth of texture and a fabric-like appearance. Katachi is engineered to withstand harsh exterior elements and high-traffic use yet designed with a refinement suited to the most sophisticated interiors. Cushions are required and sold separately.

The Premium Collection features an extensive array of patterns, textures, and colors — including hand-silkscreened designs in proprietary pigments — developed for outdoor durability but equally suited for refined interior spaces. The Standards Collection includes weather-resistant, solution-dyed acrylic fabrics in a wide range of colors.
Cushion Fill
The cushions have been engineered for maximum water drainage and air circulation. They feature an open-cell, quick-dry foam wrapped in high-quality poly fibers made from recycled post-consumer plastics.
