The frame includes precision welds and reinforced stress points to offer strong support and maintain shape across years of demanding use.
The molded seating elements are composed of high-quality polypropylene, a material prized for its exceptional resistance to UV exposure, moisture, and impact. Lightweight yet remarkably sturdy, the polypropylene maintains its form, color, and finish through years of demanding use, and cleans easily with mild soap and water.
The nylon glides can be fixed, adjustable or even self-leveling, and protect floors from scratches, reduce noise, and allow furniture to move smoothly without damaging surfaces.

The Osprey dining and lounge collection offers clean lines and rich, inviting, textural depth. Comprised of an armchair, lounge chair, and two- and three-seat sofas, Osprey is contemporary in style with a nod to midcentury modernism. Tapered legs angle outward beneath ergonomically formed, nest-like backrests. Osprey is composed of aluminum frames finished with durable JANUScoat, and its curved backs are handwoven in a sophisticated, angular, pattern of polypropylene ropes, each rope itself woven and webbed from dozens of smaller gauge ropes, for multi-layered strength and support, tactile elegance, and striking visual interest. The Osprey collection is available in two, neutral colorways—Graphite/Gunmetal, a tone-on-tone charcoal grey, and Talc/White Opal, an optic white frame with a silver grey weave—and paired with loose cushions that may be specified in our wide range of textiles. Osprey’s finishes coordinate with JANUS et Cie’s Nexus collection yet its neutral hues and mix of materials complement a wide variety of design aesthetics, palettes, and collections.

The Premium Collection features an extensive array of patterns, textures, and colors — including hand-silkscreened designs in proprietary pigments — developed for outdoor durability but equally suited for refined interior spaces. The Standards Collection includes weather-resistant, solution-dyed acrylic fabrics in a wide range of colors.
Cushion Fill
The cushions have been engineered for maximum water drainage and air circulation. They feature an open-cell, quick-dry foam wrapped in high-quality poly fibers made from recycled post-consumer plastics.
