Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on orders delivered within the contiguous 48 states. Please note that items purchased with designer net pricing are subject to freight charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

Upon receipt of you order, we strive to deliver your item(s) in a swift and timely manner. Please be sure to provide a working telephone number on which you can be contacted by the freight forwarder who will be delivering your item(s).

  • Standard delivery of merchandise purchased without cushions is 2 weeks.
  • Because cushions are made to order, standard delivery of merchandise ordered with cushions is 3-4 weeks.

Most orders will be delivered via curbside delivery. White Glove delivery is also available at a surcharge of $215 for the first item, and $15.00 per additional item. You can select this elective service during checkout.

We will be more than happy to update you on the status of your order at any time, however, please understand that tracking information is not always available once items have left our facility. If you should need to change the delivery address of a shipment, please contact us before you’ve been notified that your order has left our production facility, otherwise re-routing fees will apply.

Freight Inspection Guidelines

We highly recommend all orders be inspected at the time of delivery. Should there be any damage it must be noted on the Bill of Lading along with a description of the damage. In the event your order is shipped to a storage or warehouse facility, you must make arrangements to have the goods inspected within 72 hours of the delivery. All freight claims must be filed with our Client Services team within 72 hours of the delivery. Small Parcel

Small parcel deliveries will be completed by UPS. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking updates are available at www.UPS.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for information to be updated in UPS system.

Large Parcel

For items that are too large or fragile to be delivered via UPS, we offer carton curbside delivery to ensure your order is being handled with the utmost care while keeping the shipping fees as low as possible. The carrier delivers the boxed items to your door. This service does not include delivery inside your home/business, set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. The courier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Orders are delivered Monday through Friday except holidays. White glove delivery is available upon request for an additional charge. With White Glove Delivery, items are brought into your home, most are unpacked and assembled, and the packaging is removed. Will Call

Web orders can be picked up at our production facility located in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Will Call service is available Monday–Friday from 7:00AM–3:30PM PST, excluding national holidays. When placing your order online, select On Site Pickup during checkout. If you need to defer the order pickup, please contact our Client Services team as soon as your order is placed. Once your order is packed and ready for pickup, you will receive a pickup notification via email . Please retrieve your order within seven (7) business days upon receipt of the pickup notification or a repacking fee may apply.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and International Delivery

If your order is being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or any international destinations we currently service, you will receive a freight quote upcharge from our Client Services team after the order is placed. You will have the opportunity to approve the freight quote before the order is processed.

For international deliveries, you will need to provide us with your own clearing agent or broker information. If the information is available during the time of ordering, simply send the brokerage information to us via email and reference your order number in the subject line.
